About us
One Affinity was started as a resource for individuals from all walks of life to have access to quality mental healthcare.
Our staff has nearly 25 years of experience working with youth, families, adults, and groups, and has collaborated with various mental health agencies in Georgia. We implement current and effective therapeutic approaches to address the needs of all clients served. Our sole purpose at One Affinity is to provide healing through counseling by catering to the unique needs of each individual served.

This group is built around the Seeking Safety curriculum, designed to help individuals who are navigating the complex journey of recovery from addiction and trauma.
Anger
Management
Anger management focuses on imparting techniques such as relaxation, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help participants recognize anger triggers, manage their emotions, and develop constructive communication skills.
Caregiver
Support
Caregiving can be emotionally demanding, and this group will provide an environment for caregivers to share their feelings, frustrations, and successes with others who can relate.
General Stepparent
Support Group
This support group is designed to help stepparents navigate the complexities of blended family dynamics.
Stepparent Support Group

This support group is designed for stepparents who do not have biological children of their own but are navigating the complexities of blended family dynamics.
Redefining
Strength
This 6-week support group is dedicated to helping Black women who have internalized the "Strong Black Woman" stereotype in exploring and redefining what strength truly means for them.
